Kate joined Prudential Montana in March of 2005 following a ten-year career in public land administration, coordinating open space acquisitions for Missoula's Open Space Program. At Prudential Kate enjoys combining her appreciation of the community with her long-standing interest in real estate.
Kate grew up in a Pennsylvania family involved in residential and commercial real estate. After graduating from St. Lawrence University, she moved to Seattle where she worked in banking and the mortgage industry. Eventually she returned to school to obtain a graduate degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington. Kate moved to Missoula in 1994 to take the public lands position with the City, securing Mount Jumbo, Mount Sentinel, the North Hills, Clark Fork River corridor, and other open lands for the Missoula community.
As a REALTOR® Kate specializes in residential and land transactions in Missoula and Mineral County, including St. Regis and Superior. Kate's goal is to provide you, her client, with excellent, efficient customer service. She is dedicated to ensuring your transaction is both pleasant and rewarding.
