Jan Smith has been having a great time helping people make their"Montana Dream" a reality since 1990. Raised in the south, she discovered Montana through her husband, who is an avid fly fisherman.
Her move to Montana in 1988 and opened a new world with horses, hiking, biking and cross country skiing. Eight years before becoming the managing broker for the Ennis Prudential Montana Real Estate office, she had her own real estate business.
Jan is an expert in marketing and negotiating. Assisting clients discover new and special areas of the Madison Valley for residential, commercial or vacant land is her specialty. She a member of the National Association of Realtors, holds the Graduate REALTORS Institute (GRI) designation and has served in office for the Madison/Beaverhead Board of Realtors.
