Chance Bernall

Chance is a Montana native who moved to Dillon in 1999. He attended college at the University of Montana Western on a rodeo scholarship and is a 2 time Big Sky Region Calf Roping Champion; 2 time Northern Rodeo Association Champion; 5 time Montana Pro Rodeo Circuit qualifier and PRCA card holder. He also ran a successful horseshoeing business during college. Chance and his wife Cori are the proud parents of Reagan Jo and are expecting a second daughter in August.
Chance became a licensed real estate broker at age 25 and consistently closes the most transactions in the company network. He is an active investor with direct experience in income property, new construction and bare land development.
Chance is the recipient of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 Prudential President’s Circle Award and the 2012 Prudential Chairman’s Circle which is the top 1% Nationwide.
Chance’s hobbies include hunting, fishing and anything involving horses.
