A Broker for 24 years, Nancy is a specialist and professional Realtor® in luxury, recreational, ranch, commercial and residential real estate and assists 1031 exchange buyers in locating replacement properties. Nancy is a broker in Colorado, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, headquartered in New York, the CCIM Institute in Chicago, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate. Nancy has attained the CRB (Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers) designation. The designation distinguishes managers who have achieved an advanced level of education, experience and expertise in the real estate field. In addition to being an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a graduate of the Realtors® Institute (GRI), both National Association of REALTOS® designations, Nancy is a member of the REALTORS® Land Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. Nancy is also a member of the Southwest Montana Ranch Brokers and the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association (SWMBIA). She has new-home sales experience and a sales background in the construction products' industry.

Nancy was a past board member for the Salvation Army out of Denver, Colorado, and worked with the Army both in Denver and the Washington, D.C. area with their real estate needs. Beginning her real estate career in Denver in 1982, she specialized in commercial real estate for many years. She also had the opportunity to work the commercial markets in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia for three years. Nancy has her Washington Broker's license with Tomlinson-Black Commercial Real Estate in Spokane, WA, and her Colorado Broker's license with Prudential Commercial Real Estate in Denver, CO. She graduated from Montana State University with honors, obtaining a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business, with a Management option. She also graduated from Jones Real Estate College in Denver and from The Washington Real Estate Training Institute in Seattle, WA. Nancy completed the Connole-Morton Real Estate Training in Montana and is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Montana Association of REALTORS® and the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service. Prior to joining Prudential Bridger Realty , Nancy owned her own independent brokerage firm.
