Judy has been a resident of the Madison Valley for 18 “winters”…anyone can do the summers! She and her husband Vaughan started the first Bed & Breakfast in the valley, the 9t9 Ranch Bed & Breakfast, and has been selling real estate since 1998. After Vaughan’s death Judy started her own company, Varney Bridge Real Estate. Her office is located at the 9t9 Ranch, located one mile south of the Varney Bridge. Judy loves her location, “inconveniently” located 10 miles south of Ennis, where she can sell real estate from her kitchen, take care of her bed & breakfast guests, tend her vegetable garden, feed her chickens and operate a small restaurant called “Judy’s Table”. Guests are always welcome and the cookie jar is usually full, so Judy invites you to drop in for a visit!

Judy has 3 children and 4 grandsons and is very active in the Madison Valley serving on the board of directors of Big Brothers and Big Sisters, participating in Leadership Plenty, the Relay for Life, and the Episcopal Church.
