Steve has been a full-time licensed Realtor® since 2005. Prior to 2005 Steve worked as a customer service project manager and software/data analyst for a number of local GIS application developers as well as a local document scanning and database design company.

Steve is partnered with Mindy Palmer, one of Missoula top real estate agents and serves primarily as her assistant and operations manager (in addition to being her husband). Steve's extensive customer service experience, wide-ranging technical skills, and innovative marketing strategies are a perfect complement to Mindy's skill set and experience and together they are a formidable team of real estate professionals. Steve was born in Missouri and raised in Venezuela and Puerto Rico. Steve is fluent in Spanish.

In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with friends and family as well working around the house and reading about the latest advances in technology and the earth and space sciences.
