Bob Davis, Broker, primarily focuses on the Townsend market being he was born and raised on a ranch in Townsend. Bob still ranches but also enjoys helping neighbors realize their real estate goals. Bob enjoys sharing his knowledge of farming and ranching with all clients and thoroughly enjoys the friends he has come to meet.

I obtained my real estate license primarily to help my daughter, Pam McDonald. I never knew how much I would enjoy the business. Having been raised on a ranch in Montana, I have a true understanding of how to care for the land. I still own and operate a ranch in Townsend, but spend the majority of my time helping clients achieve their real estate dreams.

From to hunting, to fishing, to working cattle to driving a tractor, I have done most of it and love every minute of it. However, helping clients understand the true need of the land in Montana is very exciting and couldn’t be involved in a better profession.

In my spare time, my wife and I are continually maintaining our ranch and in my spare time I spend it with my children and our very special granddaughters.
