Sally Carlson

A Montana native from Cut Bank, Sally has built several homes in the Missoula and Florence areas. Before her involvement in real estate, she started her first business as a wallpaper hanger, becoming even more familiar with home construction. She moved to the Florence area in 1975 and obtained her real estate license in 1981.
Sally works hard for her clients and because of her sincerity and friendly personality, she has been very successful. She owned Lichenstone Properties until it was recently purchased by Prudential Montana Real Estate Company. She specializes in small acreage and rural residential homes, understands construction and can guide you through the process of purchasing an existing home or constructing a new one. Sally is married and has two grown daughters and three young granddaughters. Although a grandmother, she loves to ski, fish, & spend time in the many wilderness areas of Montana.
