Joanne Petelin has been serving – and entertaining – Missoulians for over eighteen years. She knows how to provide her clients with the Missoula touch.

Joanne personifies the Missoula way of life. She and her husband, Dave, have lived in Missoula for 30 years. They raised their daughter Jennifer here and fully participate in the Missoula lifestyle.

In the fall, Joanne’s Saturdays are filled with Montana Grizzly football. Tailgate parties and games are her time to break out the Maroon and Silver. Dave is even the guy in charge of buying all that maroon and silver Griz gear for The Bookstore at the University of Montana.

Winter finds Joanne indoors pursing her many hobbies. She enjoys reading, scrapbooking and watching movies on Sunday afternoons. Come spring, Joanne will be outdoors again, puttering in her yard and garden. Once summer arrives, she takes full advantage of the beautiful Montana surroundings. She rafts the river whenever possible and spends much of her leisure time on her deck, enjoying the fruits of her gardening labor.

Joanne’s family is always her first priority. Her daughter Jennifer lives in Orinda, California with her husband Don and their daughter Alannah. Alannah is going on 5. She has grown to be the joy of her grandparent’s lives, and has her Grandma wrapped tightly around her little finger.

Not to be forgotten are the other members of Joanne’s household and family. Her dog Vinnie and her cat Allie fill the void between visits to California.

Having lived in Missoula for three decades, Joanne has the knowledge and resources available to find the right property for her buyers and the right buyers for her sellers. In addition to her vast experience with the Missoula real estate market Joanne makes it a point to obtain as much advanced education in her field as possible. This dedication to learning serves her clients well in the rapidly changing market.
